HOW TO USE THE FACE CUPS

Follow these steps with the Foile x The Calmm Face Cups and Foile Jojoba Face Oil.

On clean skin, warm apply 1-2 pumps of the Jojoba Face Oil between your hands and smooth across the skin on your face, neck and decolletege.

Awaken your lymphatic system by gently rubbing above the collar bone for 10 seconds followed by 30 pumps (130 BPM).

Move up to where your earlobe meets your jawline, create a V with your index and middle finger, place your middle finger in front of your ear and index finger behind your ear. Rub up and down with light-medium pressure for 30 seconds. Place an accent on the downward stroke.

Start with some flash cupping on the neck. Working from the base of the neck, up to just below the earlobe. Flash cupping is suction, pause, release, repeat. To flash cup, suction the cup on the skin, leave for a second and then pull off the skin. It will make a light popping sound.

Next, we will work along the jawline.

Squeeze your face cup, place on your chin and release so your skin is pulled up into the cup. Once suction is locked in, you can bring to drag the cup out towards the ears. Repeat 6 times.

Move up the face to below the cheek bones and repeat the techniques listed above. Start at the base of the nose.

The cheeks are next, place cup at the side of the nose, avoiding the eyes and repeat with the techniques from this step.

Next we will create a lift in the cheeks. Squeeze your face cup, place next to the corner of your lip and release so your skin is pulled up into the cup. Once suction is locked in drag the cup up towards the eyes. Pull cup off before you reach the this skin around the eye. Repeat 6 times from just outside the mouth, up to the inside earlobe.

The last location is the forehead where we will work from the midline out to the temples. Repeat techniques from step four.

Additional cupping can be done on the forehead to help further break up stuck tissue. Suction the cup on the skin and move from one side of the forehead to the other. You can also move vertically as well, starting above the brows and gliding up to the hairline before releasing off the skin.

To remove the oil, either proceed with cleansing the skin or simply rinse the Foile Face Cloth under warm water, wring out and use across the face and neck.
