How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking. If your order includes a preorder item, you will receive a shipping confirmation for all items when the preorder item arrives as we do not split-ship.
What carriers do you use?
For domestic shipping, we use Australia Post's carbon neutral delivery with parcel post and express post.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We dispatch orders from Australia within 1-3 business days of orders being placed. Please check your tracking for the most accurate delivery estimate to your area from Australia Post. Some delivery delays through all carriers are to be expected currently due to covid-19 impacts. Please contact us if you need any assistance with your parcel's tracking.
When will I receive my preorder items?
Items available for preorder will specify the anticipated delivery date on the individual product page description. Any orders that have a combination of in-stock items alongside preorder items will be held to ship together at the time of preorders arriving. If you would like to purchase something on preorder as well as something to receive now, we recommend placing two separate orders so that items in-stock will be fulfilled and dispatched to you immediately, and the preorder item will be sent at its later arrival date.
What if my order does not arrive or is damaged?

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, United States & Hong Kong.
What will my order arrive in?
In order to have the lowest environmental impact we endeavour to use as little unnecessary packaging to send out your orders. Orders will arrive in a plain cardboard box which can be recycled.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
A refund will only be processed if a product is faulty. If you have received a product that is damaged or faulty, please provide details (including photos) within 7 days of purchase. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly. Please contact our customer care team at hello@foileskincare.com and include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request.

Are Foile products tested on animals?
No. All Foile skincare are cruelty free, vegan and not tested on animals.
Where are Foile products made?
Our skincare is developed and manufactured in Melbourne (Australia) with ingredients harvested from around the world. Our face oils are grown in Australia.
Are Foile products ok to use if I have an allergy?
A number of products contain natural plant, marine and mineral ingredients, always check our product ingredients lists to ensure that it is free of all ingredients that may aggravate your skin. If unsure or new to Foile Skincare we always recommend a patch test before use.
Do any of your products contain nuts?
A number of our products do contain nut oils. Always read ingredient lists carefully and we recommend patch testing products before use.
Are Foile products ok to use if I have an allergy?

Are Foile products refillable?
Yes, all our products are refillable. Simply purchase a refill pouch to replenish your original product. As Foile products are clean with minimal preservatives, we recommend washing your bottles with warm soapy water and allowing to air dry in between refilling.
How do I responsibly dispose of the packaging?
Our boxes (product box & shipping box) can be recycled in your kerbside recycling bin in Australia or composted at home. The lid, pump, signature bottle, refill pouches can be returned to us via our returns program or dropped off to your local TerraCycle drop off point. We recommend refilling our products to keep enjoying them for years to come.
Do Foile products contain preservatives or parabens?
Foile products are 100% free from parabens and sulphates. Our skincare contains natural preservatives which are necessary for stabilising and protecting against the growth of bacteria.
