PACKAGING LOOP & RETURNS PROGRAM

We are mindful of our carbon footprint and are committed to moving towards a circular beauty model. The most viable option to Foile at this time is to offer our customers access to refill pouches to reduce environmental impact along with offering a returns program where we can sterilise and reuse our pouches in our production line. We will accept any returned Foile  packaging. As a thank you for being involved in our Foile Returns initiative you will be rewarded with a $10 voucher to use on your next order once you ship back your items to us. 

Alternatively should you not wish to post back your packaging components, they can be dropped to any local Terracycle drop off location for recycling. 

HOW-TO

PACKAGING

Bottles: Are made from glass. They are designed to be refilled and reused. You can return these to us at any point.

Pump and lid: Both the product pump and lid are made of plastic and not commercially recyclable at this time in Australia. You can return these to us at any point or drop them to a local Terracycle location.

Boxes: Made from FSC certified paper and are fully compostable...

SECONDARY PACKAGING

Mailer Boxes and Satchels: Made from 100% craft paper and can be recycled in your paper bin at home. They are also fully biodegradable should you wish to compost at home. The stamps on the boxes are soy-based inks.

Packing Tape: Our custom water-activated tape is made from FSC-certified materials. It is both home-compostable and curb-side recyclable after use.
