HOW TO SUBSCRIBE
STEP 1.
Explore our Foile skincare range to find the perfect products for your routine. Select in their 50ml refill pouches.
STEP 2. DELIVERY FREQUENCY
Once you have selected your chosen product, select the frequency you would like to receive the product top-up. Pick from either 60 or 90 days. Proceed to the check-out as normal.
STEP 3: ADJUST AS NEEDED
Once your subscription has commenced, you will receive an email to activate your account. Follow the prompts and create an account. Once your account is active you can login and edit, cancel or adjust your product selection as you need.
Packaging loop and returns.
We are mindful of our carbon footprint and are committed to moving towards a circular beauty model. The most viable option to Foile at this time is to offer our customers access to refill pouches to reduce environmental impact along with offering a returns program where we can sterilise and reuse our pouches in our production line. We will accept any returned Foile packaging. As a thank you for being involved in our Foile Returns initiative you will be rewarded with a $10 voucher to use on your next order once you ship back your items to us.
Alternatively should you not wish to post back your packaging components, they can be dropped to any local Terracycle drop off location for recycling.
How to Return
- When you receive your Foile order, store your box / satchel away somewhere and start collecting any refill pouches, pumps, lids or bottles. We recommend that you wait until you have 3-4 empty pouches before returning back to us to minimise freight miles.
- Once your box / satchel is full, email hello@foileskincare.com and we will email you a prepaid post label that can be printed at any Australia Post office.
- Returned pouches will be sterilised and cleaned when they arrive back at our manufacturing facilities. All other packaging will be recycled responsibly at Terracycle. Once we receive your return you will receive your $10 credit voucher via confirmation email.
