Foile is seeking a motivated and creative Full-Time Marketing & Partnerships Manager to join our small, fast-paced team. Reporting directly to the founders, you’ll support brand partnerships, content creation, influencer strategy and digital marketing initiatives, playing a key role in building brand awareness, community, and customer loyalty.

This role is ideal for someone highly organised, detail-driven, and passionate about modern marketing, community, content, and storytelling.

The Role

• Build and manage relationships with creators and influencers, from outreach to campaign delivery
  Coordinate influencer gifting and partnerships aligned with brand strategy. 
• Monitor and manage influencer content for brand consistency and compliance
• Create content for social platforms (Reels, TikTok, short-form video)
• Confidently appear in Foile content on a regular basis 
• Stay across social, marketing, and pop culture trends
• Support photoshoots, events, and brand activations
• Assist with campaign reporting, tracking, and performance analysis
• Maintain organised content and styling assets for shoots and activations
• Plan, execute, and optimise EDM campaigns in Klaviyo that are customer-centric

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years experience in marketing, social media, content, or influencer marketing
• Strong interest in digital marketing and brand growth
• Experience with Klaviyo or email/CRM platforms (highly regarded)
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident content creator with a strong visual and aesthetic eye
• Comfortable using Canva or similar design and editing tools
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously and thrive in a small, fast-paced team reporting directly to founders
• Must be based in Australia
