“This drawing explores the intrinsic connection between natural and humanmade structures. Organic forms, including cross sections of fruit and the veil of the phallus indusiatus (bamboo mushroom) are layered with Celtic knot weaves, braille, and other anthropogenic markings. These forms, rendered in line work, reflect the binding and dynamic nature of the particles that constitute them.”
